I agree and this to me seems like it is the right direction for South America. I don't see the point in a weak president with lots of elected offices. It might create confusion. I like a strong congress with a weak president but until that is practical I will say a strong president.
Can we hear more about the constitution plans Neragua for judiciary, legislature, ect?
