OOC: I can establish a ten year plan for phasing out the koln in favor of the Reichsmark, so that won't be an issue either. Access to Tokko files (secret police-FBI combo) would be granted once they're translated into German.

I'll also hold elections for the Niyasuragu representatives to the Congress - how many representatives would Yasuragi + vassals get? How many representatives total? How is representation decided?

Oh, I have so many ideas for juicy internal politics... I think the first should be an innocuous law designed to make Japanese an official language of the UGR as well, in honor of the 600 million+ members of the UGR that speak it...it can escalate and turn into one of those fights like in the American Congress over English as a national language and all that! And we can develop characters and plots from there as necessary. :3
