**** New WA Resolution Notification *****

There is currently a new Security Council Resolution at vote. When expressing your opinion, please note which Resolution it is for. And remember Texans, your individual vote does count!

The new Resolution is called:
"Condemn Newtered States
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.

Well the Security Council, after several recent failures, is now out to condemn a seven-month old self-professed raider. He is obviously a wanker, but who is really to fault here? The main region in question actually invited him to their region and then put up with him long enough for him to stir up trouble. It seems to us that The United States of Conservadom is really the one at fault here. Any Founder or Delegate with any brains would not have put up with what is attributed to Newtered States. And the part about "participated in a raid of Warzone Europe" is just ludicrous! That is what it is there for! We think this one is lame. NewTexas will go on record as AGAINST on this Resolution. This is only the opinion of NewTexas. We look forward to other Texans' opinions and comments on this Resolution. If good arguments to the contrary are made, we will reconsider our position.

The Texas response rate was flat on the last SC vote [Repeal "Commend Tiago Silva"], which was soundly defeated after gaining only 24.88% of the vote. As a reminder, all we are looking for is a simple 10% of Texans to say one way or another. We are a force for change in the WA. Every vote counts! There were 7 publicly-expressed opinions on the last Resolution with the final Texas tally running 1 FOR and 6 AGAINST and 0 ABSTAIN and 0 UNDECIDED. Texans were almost unanimous.

NewTexas is open to suggestions on how we should vote on this Resolution to most accurately reflect opinion of the populace. All comments are welcome from all nations, both WA Members as well as those who are not. *As always, the WA Delegate vote will be based on publicly-expressed popular opinion.*
