Region: Maredoratica

Greetings from Greater Dienstad!

Since our victorious election as the hosts of the NSWF 2015, we would now like to take a moment and let people know that the sign-ups for regional venues for the NSWF 2015 are still open, and that we would like to see as many nations (and regions!) from all walks of NS (RP, GP, General, Sports, etc) as possible participate, given the Fair's theme of "Diversity and Co-operation."

For those of you who have not participated in previous fairs, the NSWF is a time and place where nations and regions from all over NS can gather together without fear of hatreds or rivalries, and simply have fun together as NSers. Each region who wishes would have their own regional venue, filled with information about their region, as well as games, a guestbook for others to sign, and some image or badge that people can put in their forum signatures (the whole thing takes place off-site) in order to show that they have visited your venue. I have also frequently seen regions put bar threads in their venues, as well as small spam games, and other creative touches.

A new thing that GD is introducing to the fair this year is the "regional embassy." This means that in the regional venues of those who are willing to participate, they can voluntarily open an IC regional embassy thread, allowing nations from all walks of NS to get to know your nations as they really are, with the hope that the relationships forged during the fair can continue to bear fruit after the fair has ended. The Fair itself will begin on December 7th, and spots for both regional venues and lectures are still available.

For those wishing to have a regional venue, or give a lecture on an interesting NS topic, please follow the link provided:

You can then make a reply to the thread, expressing your interest, and someone from the fair committee will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your time, and I hope to see you a the 2015 NSWF!
