I agree with this. I say that if we outlaw nuclear missals and nuclear energy, all we are doing is making ourselves more vulnerable. And what are the downsides? Just because we have this technology doesn't mean that we'll use it, all it means is that we will have the devices if we ever really do need them. Nuclear power is very safe, or at least much safer than other fossil fuels or renewable resources. If nothing else, it is a good energy resourse to use while we come up with a better energy source to use.
