I tried to be welcoming and tolerant of that person which is the ethos of our region, but instead of keeping his mouth shut and playing nice, he went on a tirade denying everything and accusing his accusers of every sin under the sun. Whereas: The member Ryu Hayabusa, the owner of the nation Indrama has recently arrived in The Respected Realms, and

Whereas: Ryu Hayabusa is one of the many alias’s of a player known as Nivogal who has brought strife and turmoil to the forums of many of the regions with which he has been associated with, and

Whereas: Ryu Hayabusa, has been known to stalk and pester ladies on the said forums and has been banned from regions for his many indiscretions and actions, and

Whereas: The regions that we hold treaties with or hope to engage in treaty negotiations with have lodged formal notes of protest in their Consulates and Embassies here, and

Whereas: Ryu Hayabusa’s welcome thread resembles a warzone and the argument has spilled into the Consulate’s and Embassies of our Allies, whose private lands I am bound to protect;

Be it enacted: In order to preserve the peace, culture and protect the members of The Respected Realms, I do hereby declare Ryu Hayabusa Pesona Non Gratia in The Respected Realms, and

Be it further enacted: Ryu Hayabusa be banned from the forums of The Respected Realms and his nation, Indrama, be banned from the region.
