That was partially in reference to Liberated Territories' quote. This could also be applied on a larger basis against claimed Socialist countries, like the U.S.S.R. and the D.P.R.K., in that claims have little reflect on what the governance is actually like. I should add too, regardless of whether these countries are Capitalist or not, they can't be Socialist either as none of the money is being put to the benefit of the people.

That is once again going into semantics. Any group of people getting together and deciding what is acceptable or not is the absolute primitive level of a government, but a government nonetheless.
