I know past attempts at at Greater AltHistoria-centred roleplay haven't been particularly successful, but I had an idea for one recently and I'd like to see if there's any interest. It's a little self-centred, but it might prove interesting.

My second country, Polemosia, is undergoing a major upheaval recently as their government transitions from a stratoanarchy (basically an anarchic society with an army to protect it) to a nationalist meritocratic bureaucracy under the leadership of the (as yet unnamed) Xospodarinja. Part of the Xospodarinja's reforms include improving diplomatic relations so that Polemosia is no longer a pariah state, so whilst she has her own ideas on how the country should be run she's open to suggestions and influence if it will mean netting Polemosia international recognition and influence.

The idea is this: The roleplay will be based in Polemosia, I will announce the issues that Polemosia gets and through roleplay the ambassadors and officials of other nations may try to influence the Xospodarinja's decisions, and we will then roleplay the outcome of these decisions.

This means the roleplay will be directly related to the game of NationStates itself, as well as meaning that I'll always have new material to keep the RP going. I'll have to reinterpret the different issues that come up, since most of you have seen most of them already and some of them would make no sense RP-wise, but it shouldn't be difficult for me to stay on top of things. It'll also allow for people to RP either people in Polemosia directly interacting, or through official government messages between foreign governments and that of Polemosia.

So would anyone be interested in this sort of RP? :)
