The problem with telegraming the votes is that it becomes private. You then could have the person you telegram tweak the votes to how he feels. I'm not saying it would happen, but it very likely could.

I vote against the Just Call me Lucifer bill. A state religion classified to benefit one person? That's ridiculous.

I also vote against the Hammer Time bill in its present form. If we're getting water balloons and squirt guns, the Silly Party rubber chickens and Cabbage, then why doesn't the Fire party get Candles and matches? Unless of course the Water party gets the ocean, and the silly party gets Vegas. That would make flamethrowers fair.
