However, sometimes in our desire to make the best decisions, we do not take the time to stop and question the details of our "do good-ing". Supposition: It is just as discriminatory to treat someone well (i.e. nicely or with favoritism) because he or she is differently able as it is to treat him or her poorly for the same reason. Similarly, it is equally as sexist to vote FOR someone as it is to vote AGAINST him or her simply on the grounds of his or her gender. In both these examples, and many others, we think that we are doing the "right thing" for an individual, or for society on a whole, but--Is It Wrong?
