It seems we need to put much more effort into recruitment and getting people on our regional forums. Which warzones actually make up the UWR anyway?
For recruitment, I almost always have a script running, I've sent over 1000 telegrams, yet no one has joined. Warzones Africa, Asia, and Airspace make the UWR.
Can I see the recruitment telegram you are using? I may be willing to donate stamps as well.
I have noticed Airspace also doesn't have a link to the UWR forum.

Hmm, I made an effort at a UWR flag, but it looks more like a flag for just Asia and Airspace. I took our colour for the background...but I think we need something more on it.
