Just because NPA raided this region in the past. There are possibly others, but not to my knowledge. Unless you could do some non-aggression thing for this region.

First off, let me state here that I'm going to keep Indo-Malaysia's factbook, I'm only going to distance myself from it in part to prevent any discrepancies.

I understand that this is a Warzone, so if there are any people who call themselves natives, I will not bar them from creating their own government replacing this one.
