Instances defined as to when such edit quoting is spam.
What is excessive or not.
When is it appropriate to engage in the 'practice' and not be considered spam

I.e. changing a post's content in a way that isn't funny, is immature, or is too mature is banjection material.

In my view any nation which, in quoting another post, thereby changes its meaning in a derogatory or otherwise offensive manner should be shown the door to TRR.

I would have a couple by now, but again if it were currently my place to do such there would have been warnings.

Sorry guys. RL isn't affording me time to track the RMB real close. And half the time I don't understand the weird pseudo-RP that goes on, so I skip over it.
