Seems to me you just need coordination between raider groups and target the Delegate with the least endos. Just don't let anyone know (outside of the small coordination faction) where you are going. Start "small" by taking larger and larger regions, if only temporarily.
But I guess that is problematic since you'd need hundreds of raiders all ready at the same time. AND everyone in the leadership willing to do their part.

It's possible, theoretically, if you have a point nation in the region with a high number of endorsements but even then you'd need a very large group of nations to pull it off; no one has that kind of manpower these days.

To the best of my knowledge not GCR has been taken by an invasion since 2003; the number of nations required for that kind of operation just isn't practical. There are some cases which are a combination of a coup/invasion however, where external forces move in to support a nation with a large number of existing endorsements. The 2013 counter-operation against Milograd's coup here falls into that category, where we pored WA nations in each update to endorse Brutland and Norden until he ran out of influence and we were able to restore the Coalition.
