Didn't we just go over not the right place to do those things?
1) Particularly in recent years (the 2010s) most players that I've seen IP-banned had a known/visible history of bad behavior, that sometimes extended to offsite forums and chats as well. If the mods appear to have "fair" (for a gaming website - I am not asking they meet court-of-law standards) and consistent standards for applying punishment, players will trust future moderator decisions, and to rely on them when they need to seek protection against various online nuisances.
2) The mods won't really care if you, - a third party with no relation to the DoS person, one nation out of one hundred fifty thousands, not representing a significant portion of the player community - "don't trust" their decision and demand evidence, given that they aren't public officials but volunteers working for a private website (without mentioning that sometimes evidence cannot be released on privacy grounds).
You are asking questions. "How are we supposed to trust their judgement 100% when they won't disclose information?".
The counter-question is "Do they give a crap?". Don't bother coming up with an answer. They don't.
The point is you ask questions ?? You're not being very clear/concise.
You see what as the 'problem'?
All you are doing here, by posting your 'concerns' about already established protocol and or rules of the game, which by the way, you totally agreed to its terms when you registered your nation and are to bide by if you wish continued participation in this game(if so deemed by game admin), is stirring up things on a 'public' regional message board.
Yes the topic is game related.
Yes it is not illegal to voice your opinions.
No it is not right to impose them here, they belong in the forums.
If you feel strongly about your issues, voice them in the games forums, where admin will look and try to address those issues with you as opposed to ranting on this rmb.
Not everyone is interested in your particular issues, the best venue for this is the game side forums, where like-minded players can give you support.
Play the game, don't be a d!ck, m'kay?
"Yes it is not illegal to voice your opinions."
Apparently it is. THAT'S a problem too.
But really, I have a problem with the mods being so damn triggerhappy. They have absolute power and the appeal process is a joke. "nope you will not be unbanned, in fact, have an IP ban for daring to question us"
The lack of freedom here is absolutely disgusting. Not that any of you lot would care, but I'm highly considering quitting this game. That, and the fact that all of the issue results are the exact opposite of what I want to achieve. Also, I'm not being what you just called me, like, at all. (Not gonna say the word because I don't wanna get banned for it)
Nowhere in this game does it grant 'freedom'.
This is a private web site, and the creator of this game can impose whatever he desires into it.
Period.
You apparently skipped right over the line that states this rmb is not the ideal/correct venue for your issues.
Customers can't read ...
And being in denial of something does not negate that fact.
Therefore, I shall cease and desist in 'feeding' you.
I could have sworn it actually says in NS one stop rules thingy that this is not a democracy.. too lazy to look for it though... have to go to work now! see you in 12 hours!

Good gravy I remember that. Poor mods. :(
... I humbly request that this entire topic of "Who Moderates the Moderators?" be dropped promptly in favour of the more usual flavour of irreverent and whimsical conversation. Mostly because, whether or not something should be some other way... it isn't going to be, and there is quite simply no changing that, and nothing to be achieved by discussing it besides headaches and bad moods. It is like trying to pick a fight with the ocean: you're utterly incapable of changing it in any way and it is utterly incapable of giving a fvck.
A'ight folks?

No. I can make a difference. We all can.
If the mods decision pisses you off that much then go to the moderation subforum, post a thread and annoy them. This RMB (or any RMB for that matter) is not the place for it.
I think you should keep it in the forum, because frankly most people here think the mods are A1.
I've been patient with you for the last 16 days and now I am done. I'm informing you now that if you continue to whine about it on this RMB I will suppress each post you do so in. Yes the Charter of Civil Rights & Freedoms guarantees your right to free speech. Suppressing your posts(s) however is not preventing you from speaking. Anyone with the NS++ plugin can view posts suppressed by players by simply clicking the little button on the right of the post. Have a good day.
Yeah it means like "awesome" "cool", "excellent".
Anyone else heard this term before?
Well then start using it, spread the word!
