Yelda has always had decent civil rights. It's political freedoms that are, um, somewhat more regulated.

(OK True Story: I've been online today planning the stuff I'm going to do for my cruise to Bermuda in May.)

Let's take a boat to Bermuda
Let's take a plane to Saint Paul.
Let's take a kayak to Quincy or Nyack,
Let's get away from it all.

They say there's no place
quite like home
A charming thought AND PURE
But until the world we roam
how can we be sure

Let's take a trip in a trailer
No need to come back at all.
Let's take a powder to Boston for chowder,
Let's get away from it all.

We'll travel 'round from town to town,
We'll visit ev'ry state.
I'll repeat, "I love you sweet!"
In all the forty-eight.

Let's go again to Niag'ra
This time we'll look at the Fall.
Let's leave our hut, dear,
Get out of our rut, dear,
Let's get away from it all.

It has come to my attention that I have been encouraged by certain persons that even I shall not dare to mention that in the upcoming convention of the Tzorsland Puppet Federation, that I should not use my tissue compression eliminator to force some poor delegate of some forsaken nation in the federation from joining the World Assembly, but instead should take the burden of pain on myself. One should think that after staring into the Untempered Schism, nothing should ever frighten me, and indeed nothing does. However, I wanted to inform you of this possibility for those who think that having ten nations all not in the World Assembly is a good thing (as I happen to believe).

Tzorsland is ranked 1st in The Pleiades and 676th in the world for Most Politically Apathetic Citizens, with 111 Whatever.

Going to Bermuda? That's awesome! I expect a full account of your adventures.

I'll have a summary when I get back. The cruise ship is horrid with internet access and when it has it the access is very expensive.

If of thy mortal goods thou art bereft,
And from thy slender store two loaves alone to thee are left,
Sell one, and with the dole
Buy hyacinths to feed thy soul.

The panther is like a leopard
Except it hasn't been peppered.
If you behold a panther crouch
Prepare to say "Ouch!"
Better yet, if called on by a panther
Don't anther.

The great leap forward

Comrades, you are singing songs! Songs are good. They raise the class consciousness.

Sailing seas depends on the helmsman,
Life and growth depends on the sun.
Rain and dew nourish the crops,
Making revolution depends on Mao Zedong Thought.
Fish can't leave the water,
Nor melons leave the vines.
The revolutionary masses can't do without the Communist Party.
Mao Zedong Thought is the sun that forever shines.

It is a warm feeling that fills us. That is Mao Zedong Thought. It is a exquisite to be full of Mao. He is very deep inside me, that is certain. How about you, Comrades?

whistles far and wee

and eddieandbill come
running from marbles and

when the world is puddle-wonderful

the queer

far and wee
and bettyandisbel come dancing

from hop-scotch and jump-rope and

I was walking up Sixth Avenue when Balloon Man came right up to me
He was round and fat and spherical
With the biggest grin I'd ever seen
He bounced on up toward me
But before we could be introduced
He blew up very suddenly
I guess his name was probably Bruce

And I laughed like I always do
And I cried like I cried for you
And Balloon Man blew up in my hand

He spattered me with tomatoes, Hummus, chick peas
And some strips of skin
So I made a right on 44th
And I washed my hands when I got in

And it rained like a slow divorce
And I wish I could ride a horse
And Balloon Man blew up in my hand

I was walking up Sixth Avenue when Balloon Man blew up in my face
There were loads of them on Bryant Park So I didn't feel out of place
There must have been a plague of them On the TV when I came home late
They were guzzling marshmallows and They're jumping off the Empire State

And I laughed like I always do
And I cried like I cried for you
And Balloon Man blew up in my hand
Balloon Man blew up in my hand

But I'm sad to say I'm on my way
Won't be back for many a day
My heart is down, my head is turning around
But I'm going on a cruise and the internet's expensive!

(Actually it's only an 8 day cruise, so I'll be back after a week!)

You know, the Pleiades are at least 400 light years away. I wonder how I got here so fast? Eh, I'll figure it out during my next visit. Until we meet again then, space-freaks!

You probably used the somewhat secret worm hole transportation network created by a race of incredibly short people who devised a way of conquering the universe by creating an evil organization that everyone who was stupid wanted to join.

Well, Monkey Island's WADship will be changing over at the major update tonight (probably), so here's one last "message from the worm hole" from me. Next time I come to say hi, I'll have to be in the Pleiades itself, I suppose. :D

Earlier this evening amidst much drunken debauchery
Fleet Marshal Alcon Enta of Ainocra was sworn in as Top Banana
of Monkey Island.

These are the first free elections held in Monkey Island in over five years.
Our outgoing Top Banana the most honorable Mousebumples
has indicated that she may do some traveling and enjoy herself a much deserved vacation.

Having served for the best part of ten years I for one think she deserves it.

Congratulations Ainocra! And Mousey, come visit any time!

Many Thanks!

We party forever
We get down together
We don't stop, no!
And we don't quit
Let's get it going cause you know we gonna celebrate
'Cuz its a holiday
I don't work today
Or the next three days
So let's celebrate
It's a holiday
I don't work today
Nooooooooooo
All we has to celebrate

There is power in a factory, power in the land
Power in the hands of the worker
But it all amounts to nothing if together we don't stand
There is power in a Union

Now the lessons of the past were all learned with workers' blood
The mistakes of the bosses we must pay for
From the cities and the farmlands to trenches full of mud
War has always been the bosses' way, sir

The Union forever defending our rights
Down with the blackleg, all workers unite
With our brothers and out sisters from many far off lands
There is power in a Union

Now I long for the morning that they realise
Brutality and unjust laws can not defeat us
But who'll defend the workers who cannot organise
When the bosses send their lackies out to cheat us?

Money speaks for money, the Devil for his own
Who comes to speak for the skin and the bone
What a comfort to the widow, a light to the child
There is power in a Union

The Union forever defending our rights
Down with the blackleg, all workers unite
With our brothers and out sisters from many far off lands
There is power in a Union.

*nods*

Tis quiet here, I may park a puppet or two soon
