Wait until you solve an issue and have taxation and freedom from taxation both go down. Or you solve an issue and it supposedly raises intelligence, but ignorance goes up instead.

that sometimes happens with NS logic. At a point it doesn't boost enough or at all even if something should always be boosted by it.

No no no... there's nothing wrong. In fact I love meeting people with different languages and cultures(before chemical engineering I wanted to be a world history teacher). I just wasn't sure cuz we had some cases in the past where there were suppressions of other posts in different languages but their cases may have been different.
