As promised a few days ago, Empress Alek Kredik has just addressed the nation on the abductions of thousands of children between the ages of 4 and 14.

These children, the young Empress said, all have special abilities and are being trained to use their abilities so they can serve Kiezer as a new breed of super soldiers in the newly formed Psychic Corps

The royal Archduke and imperial Prime Minister, consuls of Valrifell, condemn the actions taken by Kiezer. Stating that good soldiers serve better if they are willing to serve, while citing the numerous civil rights violations ans possible future ones if this course of action is continued. The consuls also ask for her Majesty of Kiezer to look towards the Valrish 9th Division for an example of a psychic division of willing soldiers.

The psychics are willing. The abductions were to maintain secrecy, but it didn't work out. But, the children are being taught to use their powers and how to control them. From there, they choose whether or not they want to join the Psychic Corps. The Psychic Corps is also made up of adults who have volunteered to serve our Grand Empire.
