Guardians of the Holy Bowling Alley wrote:"Intriguing. Well, I suppose we can still duel, but I may... umm... not to sound.....arrogant....I may....well....overpower you a bit. Unless, of course, you draw from the same power that the late Emperor was famous for drawing from."

Out of character: Okay, I will use the quoting for now.

"I actually am stronger than he is!" She covers her mouth before she says any more.

Aaron wrote:"I actually am stronger than he is!" She covers her mouth before she says any more.

"Okay then."

The Lord of the Medals pauses as he notices the phrase "he is," but he decides it was probably just a slip of the tongue.

"I, The Lord of the Medals, hereby challenge you, Danna Aaron, Empress of the Stars, to non-mortal kombat. And I also invite you to the Bowling Alley to behold it in all of its magnificence and to re-establish friendly relations between our two great nations. Do you accept?"

"I gladly accept your challenge."

"Very well, you may come whenever you are ready."

A rift would open behind him. "How about now?" She is a tall and very beautiful young looking woman with red eyes and pitch black hair. She is in a back Aaronian coat with red edges, she also has a red armband with the Aaronian
insignia on her left arm.

"Welcome to the Bowling Alley, and may your scores meet perfection!" He extends his right hand for a handshake.

He is tall with dark hair and brown eyes which appear friendly, yet almost sad. It is as though he has seen more than any man should ever see in one lifetime. He looks to be in his late 20s or early 30s, but he is actually in his 50s. His finely polished white armour reflects the magnificent light of the One Medal which hangs from his neck. He is currently unarmed.

Out of character: Usually the One Medal prevents any sort of teleportation into the Bowling Alley (the building, not the whole nation), but it will be alright this time.

She shakes his hand and smiles he would notice that she has vampiric teeth. She has a golden hilt and a blaster pistol on her side.

"This is a nice place you have here! So, Where would the dual take place? Here or somewhere else?"

(She opens rifts in space-time I guess it's a form of teleportation...)

Khaos Sun Orbital Wormhole Station #82-A59
Ships begin to come through the wormhole that the station is formulating. The fleet begins to shift into a pike formation, their weapons and shields raised to full power. This new Armada swarms around the station in a highly defensive manner which leads to only the smallest possible gaps and thus only the smallest stealth craft can get through this protective shell.

"It will take place about a mile out that way (he points) near the edge of the woods. But first, I need to stop by the training amoury to arm myself. If you would accompany me there, you may also get a weapon, or maybe some armour, if you would like. It should, however, be noted that all weapons in the training armoury are dull. It's also on the way, to the dueling spot, so it won't delay us any. Shall we?"

"We shall..." She would follow him to the armory.

The Lord of the Medals guides her through the Bowling Alley, pointing out all the relics and religious art along the way. After about five minutes, they reach the armoury.

"Well, here we are." He opens the door for her. After she (presumably) goes in, he follows and lets the door close behind them.

Inside there are many weapons of many different varieties. Some of the weapons seemed common, like swords and maces. Others appear strange. There are also suits of armour on display, some very light, others very heavy.

"You may take your pick of any weapon you like. Or none, if you would prefer to use what you have."

The Lord of the Medals goes to the sword section and retrieves a simple broad sword. He runs the blade through his hands to make certain it is dull.

"It is tradition that knights in training receive a dull sword as their first weapon. Each time they master one of the basic skills of knighthood, the blade is reforged and given a new handle. When they complete their basic training and have shown all the basic traits of a knight, they are knighted with the same sword. Many then choose to forge it again, sharpen it, and use it in battle. Some choose to hang it up as one would an award."

"I forged the blade on my side long ago..." She pats the hilt of a long red and black sword. "I wish to go hand to hand with you..."

"Very well then. I shall lead you to the place." About 20 minutes of touring and walking later, the two arrive.

"This is it."

The two are standing in a grassy area with no landmarks or interesting features of any kind. The woods appear to be about 100 yards out.

"Now, there is one last formality which we must attend to. We must make the terms of this fight." The Lord of the Medals gets down on his knees. "Oh and we must kneel while making the terms. Otherwise it is not a legal fight. I do apologize for the delay."

Out of character: Okay, you know what, let's just say we went through the formalities and are gonna fight. We decide to make this nonlethal. Also there are a few spectators who will watch.

In character: The Lord of the Medals makes a cubic shield around us, giving a 10ftx10ftx10ft in which to battle. He holds the training sword at his right hand pointing it off to the side. "Ready when you are. I always let my opponent make the first move."

I see you have left me hanging on the duel............... It's cool though if you don't want to.

She takes a stance and awaits his attack.

(Sorry about that...)

(It's fine.)

The Lord of the Medals stares intently at his opponent, after a moment he says, "Very well, I guess I'll go first then. En Garde!" He raises his dull training blade in his right hand and a light suddenly shines from it. He executes a slash coming from around his upper left down towards the right (diagonally).

She would block with her first blade and attempt to strike with her other blade.

(She's dual wielding)

The Lord of the Medals moves just far enough out of the way so that the second blade hits the edge of his armour, scratching it. He steps back a few steps, this time on his guard. "That's why I don't like to go first."

She grins and awaits another attack.

"Well then, I guess I'll have to even this up a bit."

The Lord of the Medals creates a shield of light. It looks like a stereotypical knight shield and appears to be attached to his left arm, as though he were wearing a normal shield.

He charges, shield first, towards her. His blade ready to strike with the other hand.
