The fleet moves towards the star and build a star base 0.9 AU away from it.
Aaronian vessels watch them closely, once it nears completion it must submit to an inspection!
All they can see is a basic outpost being built although it does have larger then average magnetic coils on it.
A rouge Aaronian fighter being chased by other fighters heads straight for the station. The fighter arms it's demagnetizing void missile.
The station does nothing to stop the fighters as it does not expect them to attack and in fact thinks they are going to do the inspection.
The fighter is being shot at by the others and it launches the missile.
"Get out before the m...." The transmission cuts off!
The station awakens with life and thousands of lasers erupt from all over the station. The anti-fighter beams slice the attacking ship to ribbons along with it's missile.
"We apologize for that... Some Aaronians find your presence disturbing and some have gone rouge.
"Well that's just wonderful!" Carville giggles with glee and begins to map out aggressive patrols to catch these rouges. "We will be making more aggressive patrols to catch these these hostiles earlier."
"No need for that... We already executed a high ranking rouge, any left will back down most likely."
"Thank you but you can never be too safe!"
Several Gun platforms near the station.
The station charges weapons but does not fire.
The charge is detected.
"These platforms are a precautionary measure..."
"Understood..."
The weapons power down.
A large ring is built next to the outpost and it has a massive magnetic signature. Along with the ring a massive open sphere is built and it too has a large magnetic signature. The ring is activated after three days of completion and a massive wormhole is ripped open within it.
All of this is watched closely and with suspicion...
The large open sphere begins to glow and spin.
The gun platforms train on it.
The ring next to the station begins to power up and a glowing sphere can be seen in its centre. The open sphere continues to spin at a faster and faster rate.
Several Aaronian Ships patrol around it!
