The MAD magazine defines the names of the spies as 'White Spy' & 'Black Spy'
So you are hinting that your pickle name's should be: White Spy Sweet Kosher Dills and Black Spy Sour Kosher Dills.
To be honest, i think the order for the labels has already been sent to the printers.

Said pickles are the exclusive product of The Cuckoos Egg, therefore may be named at the convenience of said region by any name it so chooses. The entity(presumed to be CTE'd at the time of announcement/production), whose empty carcass is to be processed into said pickled products, has no say in the naming of said pickled product, if for any fact/reason, it is deceased and therefore has by default(unless written direction is provided beforehand and notarized by recognized entity), given up its rights to so name pickled products.

I remember the MAD mag cartoons and I was shocked to discover that dead spies are devoid of color and there was no way to tell the two apart. Processing teams selected to number the pickling subjects as they entered the plant to differentiate. Teams had considered naming the products "Salt & Pepper Kosher Dills" when the story of the nation's demise was first released but the lack of color made it impossible to say which was which and "Indistinguishable Grey Kosher Dills" didn't make it past Corporate.
The issue is that there was Grey Spy. I always loved seeing her play Black Spy and White Spy against each other...
