OOC: My advice to you, Regal Copper, would be to avoid asking what is going on, and avoid saying hello on the Regional Message Board; rather, you should make IC statements with regards to the actions of your nation or your nation's official opinions regarding the actions of foreign nations, and, you should, rather than inquiring regarding whether or not someone is online, instead make a post directed at one specific nation or group of nations, and wait for a reply.
