Anyways, the bureaucratic discourse and action is slow and tedious in any regard, especially in such a matter as this...it may take days or even weeks for such an issue to be reached, and even then there are no guarantees that you'll be stricken from the Alliance. Perhaps you'd do better taking a page from a certain former member-nation that became a bitter foe in the past...
No, we have left because of many differences in ideology, with the use of weapons of mass destruction as the latest high lighting incident. We do indeed wish to be friends with your nation, madam, and other nations within the Grand Alliance. However, we cannot be if nations like Valcouria do not respect our wishes concerning solely our own nation, and that of my subjects's.
