Koopaville, are we signing a peace treaty? There are essentially two conditions that must be met;

1) You set aside your claim of the strait being yours.

2) You and Athenaes adopt a bilateral ceasefire.

If those fail, we'll continue fighting, although we'll lead more of a defensive fight based solely in Athenaes, as well as targeting your navy till it has been reduced to nought. We still have pledged to protect Athenaes. We will however remove our pledge to protect Steel Talonian sovereignty, because of their use of weapons of mass destruction. However, their royal family is under the Queen's personal protection.

Ding Dong! This Is A Most Official Statement By The Despot Himself

It appears that this conflict has escalated to a point where weapons of mass destruction (WMD) are used against civilian targets, thus endangering the long-term habitability of The AoD itself. This is not tolerable. As such, I hereby demand the immediate cessation of all hostilities; all warring fleets and armies of the Grand Alliance and the Iron Pact are to return home or to the nearest friendly/neutral port or base.

I intend to find those responsible for authorizing the use of WMDs - on both sides of the conflict - and punishing them appropriately.

OOC: Who the hell used WMD's
