You're welcome! After all, where would space be without the universe!

How's it going Ndaku? Haven't seen you for awhile.

Everything is going very well, thanks for asking!

Anyone for Senate? Anyone? February 1st is almost here and no one has announced their candidacy yet.

*Listens as sound waves disperse into the vastness of space.*

Plan B. If there are no takers for the Senate by the 1st, then I will use my authority to appoint three Senators via executive order. I'm not a big fan of ruling by executive order but I will work with the information I have.
I believe the following nations will make good candidates for our Senate:

USS Enterprise (Ancient native)
West Infinity (native)
Lost wolves (friend/ally)

Any objections to adopting Plan B as a backup plan?

Heh. He called you ancient. Old person.

I noticed you're making a history of sorts. If memory serves, the region was founded by a nation called Yalari, and when I arrived the native Delegate was The Tritanium Tochiro. There was a brief interlude (2-3 weeks I think) where Strasse II took over and booted all the pirate nations, then I unseated him and invited them back, then they unseated me for a while (I can't recall if TTT was still around by then, I think Expendia may have been the informal leader of the Pirate League by that point), but after the Pirate League became inactive and the defender groups of the time got tired of having to save our absentee Delegate a few times in a month, the defenders voted me in instead of whoever it was representing the pirates by then. After that the natives mostly shifted their Endorsements over to me and I pretty much sat unchallenged (aside from the occasional invasion) until I resigned six years and change later.

Thanks for that info! I'll put that in! Yeah, I'm trying to piece together what we know. The age of this place doesn't hit you until you see a list of over one hundred names.

Good Evening!

Same. :)
I'm thinking about moving my WA back to The Mystical Council soon. There is some interest in the delegacy over there. I'm thinking of putting Asnolohris in charge again for a little bit unless you want the Delegacy.

I'm honored and humbled but I will probably be needing my WA for defending in not too long so... :I

I will bring my WA back whenever I can.

@ Asnolohris, I will be endorsing you during some of the minor updates.

Can't sleep so I'm awake to bring Asnolohris back into power.

Should I endorse him?

That's my puppet. I'll endorse you if you want.

I'm quite impartial. :p

As we're approaching the one year anniversary, I'll shout it from the rooftops:

"As a matter of cosmic history, it has always been easier to destroy than to create."

Apparently I should log in with this nation more often :-Þ

Thanks for the vote of confidence, I, uh... guess we'll see what happens!

Hello all, thought I might take a stop here, maybe make it my home.

Forestavia one

And if we are having a discussion regarding the delegate, I was delegate of Germany for a year or so, a delegate for India for one term, which at the time was 100 days, and I have been on this game for several years, as can be seen by my population.

So, even though I am new, I suppose I have a decent resume for the job. But, if it seems as though I am too new, then I would still like to be a part of the community.

Can never find out if you don't try, amirite?

Welcome! This region isn't too active but you can run a campaign for the delegacy if you would like. My WA is in my other region right now. I'm actually new myself.

In SPACE, we have 52 nations but only about 3 have WA status last time I checked. Asnolohris and I have been trying to fix the place up. I'm slowly putting together a list of past delegates with a little added history here and there.

Everybody, I received a telegram from a nation starting a forum/alliance called NationStates Commonwealth. Is anyone interested?

"Here is a little more information.

The organization is named the NationStates Commonwealth and it has a temporary founding Charter here: http://nscommonwealth.boards.net/thread/4/charter-nationstates-commonwealth

The Commonwealth will use its forum to maintain contact between its Member Regions. Any player from a Member Region is able to use the forum to get involved with the community and for those regions that wish to integrate further, we can offer your own areas on the forum to develop your region.

The idea is that each region and each player can get involved as much or as little as they wish. There are no requirements set on Member Regions other than honoring the general concept of friendliness between the Members. Of course, if a region wants to get more involved than that, they are able to integrate as much as they wish. Though one of the most important principles of the Commonwealth is that it does not interfere in the internal sovereignty of its Member Regions.

At the moment, there is no official leader - though we are about to begin nominating the first Secretary-General - a kind of facilitator/figurehead for the Commonwealth. Decisions in the Organization are made by a Senate, which each Region sends a representative to.

Let me know if you have any questions.

All the best,

Lemmingtopias."
