Lucky for you that Tirek hasn't appeared in the show again and thus had a chance to jump the shark as well then, isn't it?

Quite.

They might be taking Discord in a direction they shouldn't be, but he was still a really cool villain.

Just because he was brought back and de-villain-ified doesn't negate the cool villain-ness he previously had.

Paragus/Paragia: Play nice and don't vote for the same option with multiple puppets :(

The Vines: I'm surprised to see someone voting for Sombra. Reason?

Exactly my point.

The show's quality is highly scattershot. We may disagree on which episodes were the best or worst, but I doubt anyone here doesn't have a grudge against some episode (barring the people who haven't seen the show, of course!).

Just about every major character has been written terribly at some point or another, but I base my opinion and mental characterization of characters on their non-selachian exploits. Otherwise it'd be impossible to enjoy the show at all.

In this case, it's only fair to make the primary comparison between Tirek in his first appearance and Discord in his first appearance. Tirek doesn't have more than two episodes going for him, so why should Discord be judged on more than his two best episodes? Also, Tirek loses additional points for the fact that his first appearance was ALSO one of the same storylines that used post-selacho-saltatorial Discord.

I just felt like acting contrary that day.

So I guess the team's decided to atone for the anti-communist two-parter by mocking balls-to-the-wall Dickensian capitalism this time.

Eeyup.

I really need to catch up on My Little Pony. Tomorrow, I'm doing just that.

I usually see new episodes on Monday or Tuesday, so you'll have to wait a bit for my scathing criticism.

Or who knows, maybe I'll even like it!

Doubtful. But... Who knows. :P

So, If anyone is unaware, I have a little News.

The group, known as HAS(Humans are superior), on FimFiction, has split in two.

This is kinda old news, granted it's more than a week old but you get my point.

Who cares? Why does their stupidity even warrant attention?

^Simply this.

I've been on FimFiction a while (look up tehphillzor), I'm writing a HiE based story, and I've never heard of them (since they are a Human based group, so they must be a human in equestria type group), so they can't be that important.
