Choosing option 3 does this: "@@LEADER@@'s mistress is the belle at many state balls".

...Should I tell Rarity?

Nah, that's what happens if Sweetie Belle leaks that Rarity was involved in an affair.

I guess now is as good a time as any to attempt to answer the question.

The Romulans, like the Klingons before them, are inspired by Soviet Russia, whilst the Federation and their Allies (presumably also the Vulcans) would play the role of the US and its allies.

You'll note the 38th parallel-esque demilitarized zone between the Romulans and the Federation. Also, the cold war standoff scenario they have at the current point in the timeline.

So the magical land of Equestria is the top ten for the most youth related crimes in Pony Lands. Magical equestria I think you're Cutie Mark Crusaders is the main factor in this.
