Don't worry that citizen application ;) Our administrator will approve it. After that you may join the deshret, the sekhmet, claim land, post in the topics(you think necessary) and...wait..... yeah that's all. Actually I joined the OFO this month . I am one of the councilors only.

Yes. First I was confused too, then I knew. You cannot post anything unless you've approved as a citizen. Don't worry, I hope so it'll get approved soon.
