So i have an idea but someone needs to formulate it in the style of "I the Emperor and Evil Overlord of OWU... Acknowledging the chaotic Elections in the region..." because im too tired for that now.
So WA-Delegate Election: Every 2 Months, on the first to the 6th of every even month election, every independent member can vote, elligble nations for being WA-Delegate are Wa Members residing at least 2 months in the region. On the 7th every WA-Member is urged to endorse the new Delegate. Voting takes place through a regional, not secret poll.
I; Grand Imperium Lohe of Draakonite, humble, benevolent, and magnificent ruler and overlord of the OWU, forever be my reign; Hereby and forthwith do so humbly suggest;
Every 2 months, on the first to sixth of every even month, every independent member may vote for myself, or the WRONG WA delegate. Those eligible would be myself, and so nobody accuses this of being a dictatorship, some small puppet nations who are WA members, who have resided within the region for at least two months.
On the seventh day, every WA member is urged to endorse me, or the puppet of my secret police's choosing. Voting will take place through a regional and public poll which will be carefully worded to remind you all of the patriotic and correct choice that will result in being overlooked by the secret police for another two months.

Well,it's something NS does at Halloween ( but it starts at October 30th ).A zombie-virus outbreak statrs on all nations.You can choose to join the zombies,kill them or look for a cure.
Joining them makes the outbreak spread faster,killing them ends the outbreak at heavy costs,and looking for a cure ends the outbreak healing the affected who don't die.I suggest looking for a cure,because it gives you a better survival rate ( your population will drop a lot anyway,but curing allows it to grow back faster ).
Since Picenia is gone, maybe we should appoint a new map master?
