Your choice. Depends how much work the flag makers are willing to do. Honestly though, I wouldn't be surprised if it was taken down by the mods as well... but we'll see.

Well, if it's IC you'd usually have some sort of company, whether you're selling planes, cars, military equipment or whatever (see: 
viewforum.php?f=6).
If we're having a flag thread, I'd propose creating a company called 'NL Flag Factory', make a logo for it, and run it like any other thread is run in that forum.

Before you guys start spamming out recruitment telegrams... I'd like to see them... I have one that I use that I can share and you can tweak it to your liking.... I'm sure CPH has some nice ones as well... he may also have ideas for improving wording.

Who are you targetting for recruitments ? Do you prefer old nations, young nations ? Or do you watchout for clues in the names ? :)
For example I joined the region a long time ago without being recruited because the region name just fitted my nation's name !

Yea, it would. For me at least. Considering if you're from Scandinavia, you'd probably recognize that image - i.e. I didn't make it. I just added the text. If anyone else wanna give it a shot, be my guest.
By the way, I wasn't really suggesting you to use it - was just a 5 minute random piece of how a retro logo could look like, since this image was pretty much the first thing that popped into my mind when we started talking about flags.

Well you're still free to use it or do whatever with it you want. If you want to change the flags, that's perfectly fine.
Well, changing the flags would give the company a bit more recognition... but I'm useless with picture editing programs, so please do it for me :) I'm just the brain in all this action, not the worker...
