You may be mistaken in thinking that Mordor is a raider region (notice the big Defender tag) or in believing that Mordor wants to get involved in your war. Regardless I'm sure that Empress jadny appreciates all the advance warning we're giving her by tagging her in all these messages.

So first, Nationstates does not have a war function. You cannot attack other nations.
You can however engage in Roleplaying on our forums, and there is a link to that on our World Factbook Entry. If you having a hard time with using the forum, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.
There is also the raiding and defending aspect of Nationstates where you try to take or prevent enemies from taking the world assembly delegate position of a region. If that's what you want to know more about there are plenty of people who can advise you further.
Also raiding to take control of an area is considered by MOST Mordorians (COUGH COUGH NOT 
9003).
Most of us look favorably on raiding to take back control of an area and give it back to its rightful denizens.

The Great Assembly has recently voted on a new piece of legislation to create the office of The Mouth of Sauron, who will serve as our Delegate. I expect that Sauron will sign this law so expect there to be an election for Delegate on the forum soon. If you haven't already joined you should get on that so you can vote or even throw your hat in the ring.
Did I hear someone talking about epic fantasy? I might be a bit late to the party, but I highly recommend the Wheel of Time (it's a series), by Robert Jordan. It's a really good read, and a 14 book series with like at least 500 pages per book. And, going along with your Brandon Sanderson theme, the last few books were actually written by him, after Jordan died most of the way through the series. (I might say so myself the that those few final books are probably the best).
Wheel of Time is what really turned me on to epic fantasy.

Alright, alright: it’s been awhile but a new lothlorien poll is up!!! “Favourite Tolkien Villain”, it’s up for two weeks.
If see any glaring exemptions (which there are), look at the lothlorien RMB for you answer!
The last poll ended with Peter Jackson being very decisively the biggest mistake-maker in all of Tolkien, apparently. We had a pretty good turnout of 23, so that's good!

I'm diving into my second reread, after finishing the new Abhorsen series book by Garth Nix, Goldenhand. Really enjoyed it, along with the rest of the series of course. Now the new books I'm waiting on are a sequel to Goldenhand, because room was left for one, though it'd likely take a while, seeing how long it took him to write Clariel after he finished Abhorsen (though surprisingly little time between Clariel and Goldenhand, for him at least), and a sequel to the Rithmatist, which definitely deserves one.
For me it's Kingkiller Chronicles 3, Stormlight Archives 3, and The Song of the Shattered Sands 2

The Dark Lord has officially signed the Mouth Of Sauron Act into effect.
What is the Mouth of Sauron? It's our name for the WA Delegate of this region. 2 years ago, Malkir took the role for an indefinite amount of time, but this new act will allow us to elect our first delegate under Mordor's new government!
