No, you don't need to have your WA in to run for office... There are two paths to citizenship, applying on the forum, and having WA in the region for a year while endorsing the delegate. Either one works, and the only requirement to run for office is to have an account on the forum.

We've got a Walgreens on this one street corner, right. A Rite-Aid down the block in eye-shot, and a CVS, identical to the Walgreens, right across the street from Welgreens on the opposite corner. It's like the wild west of drug stores.
Of course none of that corporate combat effects myself or any other minnows of our dear Pacifica. The Glorious Chairman's People's Drug Store is the only place I shop...Along with MiloMart. Best retailers ever. They even accept bread cards and ration stamps :D
