However, with the political gameplay warfare taking place (which <1% of the region participates in anyway), there's an extremely-high danger of natives being used by our enemy gameplayers as weapons in the gameplay war. The Underground is willing to bombard our message board and our inboxes with telegrams until you move close to them. The NLO really isn't interested in that. Because 99% of the region doesn't care about the roleplay government.

The current endorsees are Gameplayers. Don't get us wrong: this is a Gameplay war and we want to win it. We will win it, and basically already have. HOWEVER, the loss of additional natives is absolutely unnecessary and we hate to see it happen. But we'll ban nations if we must. Nations who don't want to be banned but are being used by the Underground may do any of the following to avoid being banned:

• Express a desire for non-involvement in their flag, pretitle, or motto: this entails not receiving endorsements from foreign troops or giving endorsements to foreign troops. Similarly, they would not have to endorse the NLO. If they want to be in Lazarus and not be involved in Gameplay, by all means! The NLO hopes that the foreigners would respect this.

• Resign from the WA temporarily.

• Take a break. Visit a few other regions for a bit, have some fun, and come back home once this stupid GP war is over.

We just want the delegacy, like anyone would. We don't want to ban anyone. But if the delegacy is threatened, we will have to ban the people the Underground is using to threaten it. This is true in all GCR's.
