Oh god, I seriously do not understand how this game works! At virtually anything which comes out of the mouth of a CEO or something in issues, which I then take since it looks like something Free Economy would like, the rich become super poor!
Like, for example, it the latest issue I answered, it was about industries going to my capital. So, I just said "whatever", and the rich become 9,5% poorer (from 1.013.000 Marks to only 934.000 Marks). I simply don't get how the game calculates how much money the rich get... And it's frustrating!
this game was designed to be anti-capitalist, if you read ANY OF MAX BARRY'S BOOKS you'll understand he is a anti-business whack-job.
this is regime keeping protocol, when the founder is gone and you don't want to sacrifice any regional influence you start forcing people to endorse only a couple of people. thats why Higher brandenburg and Dread lord left... however he says he misses battling with "those imperials" and would like his region to have a embassy with us so he can talk on this message board. but he didn't like the "KEEP THE WA GUY IN POWER thing.
We'll open the embassy soon, in the next day or two. I want to give the founder enough time to log in, as he might have miscalculated when he needed to by. Then we'll open it if he doesn't. Some other regions have asked too & we told them the same thing.
Both myself & Wurttenburg have been in the region here & served with the Kaiser, who was the founder, for a very long time. One thing I'd like to explore is having a map again and a process for folks to have spots on it. If all goes well, there might be the ability for embassy regions to participate too.
I also have some other thoughts for things we can use the polling feature for.
It is frustrating hands down, but can be entertaining at the same time.... :)
A map? Great! But only of Germany (Europe for short) though? If so, MEININGEN IS MINE!!!!!!! (And possible the whole of Saxony if no one wants it.)
And when is the embassy with the Adriatic Alliance going to be build? I'm still waiting...
I am toying with the idea of having a few from different eras, like the HRE, German Empire, Austria-Hungary, Modern times....we can decide as a group, but Germany has such a varied & rich history and ever changing borders, I thought this might be a way to compromise that. I want to explore things more on this. People have different eras they like in German history. I was reading a number of the dispatches & posts on people's nations, I like to do that from time to time, people have a variety of interests & I'd like to work with that a bit.
It'll take some time, but I'll start looking for usable stuff this weekend.
When I mentioned to Higher Hanover the other regions that asked too, this was the region I was referring too & I mentioned it on the RMB for the Adriatic Alliance too. :)
Are we going to build an embassy with the German Trade Alliance? Higher Brandenbourg and Dread Lord are there...
If the Kaiser does not come back in the next day or two, yes both embassies will be built. :)
