I didn't say they were the enemy. That's you projecting your personal views into mine. I say they're to blame but that's quite different than viewing them as an enemy or adversary or something to be eradicated which is what communism thinks.
I have no problem with people earning money and going up the social ladder. I do have a problem with incompetence, corruption, lies and manipulation because someone doesn't want to get out of its seat and work, instead using the "lower" classes for their benefit. I have a problem with someone making money by exploiting millions of people. I have a problem with poisoning an entire city water supply system just to make a couple of millions. I have a problem with manipulating prices (or the market in general) to get a couple of millions more. I have a problem with people being rich not because of their merits but because of their friends and manipulations. If, in your view, that makes me a communist, I can live with that as I sure am not one. There's a difference between being a communist and wanting social or economic justice. No one should be kept from making as much money as they can as long as it's legit and fair.
You'd do well to make that distinction. Communism vs social justice.
Communism and fascism are more alike than you think and that's why they can't live together. Not because they're so different but because they're so alike. In fact, many of the fascist principles like the Nazi party in Germany are called "socialists". If you study in detail the economic organisation of Fascist and Communist countries you'll find out that there aren't that many differences. In any case and regardless the fact is that neither of them are "culture". They're political ideologies and that's not culture as the same "culture" can go from left to right, from communism to fascism in a heart beat. Example, Eastern Europe, Russia. They all went from being "communist" to fervent capitalists. Look at Russia. Led by a former KGB officer, who's nothing but capitalist. This, my friend, is not culture.
And there's not one single culture that cannot mix with others. The problem is quite different. The problem is everyone thinks they're better than the others and, nowadays, no one respects anyone. Example, the so called "femnazis". They try so hard to defend their points of view that they end up disrespecting everyone else thus becoming intolerant. On the other hand, the term "femnazi" itself is disrespectful and this creates a loop. You disrespect me, I disrespect you and you disrespect me some more. It never ends and this is why "cultures" don't mix. Teach people to respect others and you'll see if there are cultures who can't mix. You haven't been reading Clash of Civilizations by Samuel Huntington by any chance, have you? Because he's the one who says that and he basis is analysis on completely empirical evidence which is quite bad for an author to start his argument.
Anyway, regardless of your point of view in cultures mixing or not, you shouldn't mix political ideologies and culture. The first one changes all the time. The second one is part of the identity of a people, regardless of them being a nation or not.
Sorry for the wall of text and sorry if I came out a bit too aggressive. Half asleep when I wrote this. Just woke up. Ta!

Hello friends! A new Halloween poll is available over at A Liberal Haven. Thank you for your continued support and poll taking :)
I think that, in America at least, both "communist" and "socialist" have become rather dirty words... in my opinion mainly, I'm sorry to say, because of ill-educated fossils who remember the Cold War and think that the utter evils of the USSR and associated states are representative of "socialism". Here in the UK we bandy around the word "socialist" all the time, and it scares few voters. Just the other day, a prominent politician mentioned socialism at a Labour Party conference. This is likely to make support for the party rise, not decrease.
If you'd like some examples of awful political ignorance, just Google "Bernie Sanders memes". What you learn may appal you.
Quiet you commie!

No country wants separation, I'm just saying that Hawaiians have some pretty dang good reasons... considering that they only reason they are part of the United States is because a bunch of American and European businessmen led a coup against the Kingdom of Hawaii with the backing of US soldiers.
LOL Brilliant! :D
My province has just introduced a new bill called the All Families are Equal Act, which will mean that same-sex couples who have biological children won't need to go through the expensive adoption processes just to adopt their own kids.

I prefer New Vegas' survival mode. It didn't change the actual difficulty, but just added new things you have to worry about.
Forcing you to go to the hardest difficulty just ruins it.
Final UWB Address:
It has been a long journey. The United World of Battlefronts has grown and fallen and has repeated that process numerous times. But now, we are at a point where the region has reached a low that has gone too far. As we reach very slim digits within our regional population, I consider my options. I have tried to keep this region going as long as I could these past couple years. We had a very good run. This region excelled beyond what I thought it would be.
However, nothing lasts forever. We have shrinked, declined, and have become a shadow of what we used to be. Most of the nations here are now gone. Whether they were a former delegate, active participant in regional debates or politics, or just your average Joe. I feel like it is now time for me to move onto a new chapter. A fresh start is something that I really need and what I feel the rest of the nations that still remain deserve. I thank those who have remained loyal to the UWB or simply just came to stop by for a while. Just knowing that people took an interest into what my region had to offer made me happy.
This region will not be left abandoned to cease to exist after the October 5th deadline. I will have a puppet here (Who is currently the one regional officer in the region) to keep the region from abandonment so I and many others can look back on the memories and events that took place here.
I don't know where I will reside. I have not planned on what I want to do now. However, there are many possibilities out there and I'll go where the journey takes me.
It has been a pleasure serving this great region and I will miss the great memories and moments that have occurred here.
Thanks,
Lycanberg
