If by any chance the holder of the region (Sentar) would give up either then sure, but otherwise, no. You still have Australia, large portions of Asia etc (note that this is not a real-word based map in terms of culture or demographics, considering that you are Prussian-based, there is no propblem in, for instance, China being populated by mostly Germans, if that is what you want, same for any other region of the world map)
