You in Pig Latin is actually spelled ouyay since you take the first letter and put it at the end then add ay to the word.

Britain requires a simple majority, not a supermajority. HEM put it in effect. Basically you put everything you want to say on one post so you don't clog up the RMB. If you have an addendum to the post then either wait a bit for another post or delete your old one. It's a pretty good system.
