In what way do WA resolutions actually affect your nation?

There is no affect.

It`s just a declaration of intention.
Look at the "Disabled Voters Act". When your nation is a dictatorship without elections, this resolution is totaly uninteresting.

However, in my nation the general international law is declared bindingly by constitution.

I believe it regulates what you do as far as what it is about. When the Marine Debris resolution was passed, I think I noticed a small difference in my economy.

I was born and live in the US though when I can I would love to move to France. (Which will probably happen late 2018 since that is the year I graduate from High School)...
