I was thinking, what would an alternate reality of NS Equestria be like with our more malevolent selves?
Since we're already demented in some way with Draggy being the sanest of us all, I think we'll follow the Black and Grey Morality trope.
I imagine:
Skyla being a tyrant empress ruling an authoritarian or a totalitarian empire with an iron hoof.
Quint is edgy and doesn't do puns... OR he's the Joker.
Draggy is more grumpy... and less supervising?
Trotterdam is... uh... the same?
Ruse is the Don of the underworld and she pays taxes because you don't want the IRS on you.

Really? It's only because we don't take ourselves seriously that there's still anyone left after the repeated apocalypses. If we did suddenly turn serious while otherwise behaving the same, we'd be the barren wasteland with nothing but dust from the last of Starlight's alternate timelines.

If Quint doesn't get his oh so fitting role, than I think he'll be cracking puns as scout while Trotty laughs like a madmare setting other ponies on fire.
If Trotty doesn't get it because he likes to be a mad scientist... then he could be engineer for his twisted machinations or medic for looking and laughing like a mad scientist.
Me being the sanest one here is a pretty sad state of affairs, I have to say.
But if youre doing an evil AU of our region, E!Draggy would hand out warnings and bans for every stupid petty thing. You like dogs more than cats? Banned. Minor ruffled feathers over new episode? Take it elsewhere. New fans moving in for the new season starting "best pony" discussions? Password protect the region and require an application form proving literacy, an ability to understand rules, and that the applicant is over 13 before letting them in.

I think that for Skyla, the major difference in the evil AU is where her sense of duty is. In the current RP, her sense of duty is in her empire, so she willingly provides bread and circuses. In the evil AU, that sense of duty is gone, so she becomes the North Korean Kim dynasty, only with actual godly powers.

I see myself as more of the Sniper archetype. Or maybe the Soldier. Pyro's a bit TOO omnicidal for my taste. If you kill everyone, who's going to know you won?
Since I like to think of myself as a Chaotic Good or Chaotic Neutral character, my Evil AU counterpart would have to be Lawful Evil. Sort of a necessary contrarian, creating opposition where he deems there isn't enough. Sort of like Mathias Melchior from Dresden Codak.

So I finally finished all the alicorn ruled states! I'll do one last one that covers Untspah, Trotterdam, and two random nations that appeared on the RMB.
I didn't really know the guy. Mostly just going to support relatives. But it's still a lot of people in one day. Especially loud people in loud restaurants. I'm feeling extremely overcrowded right now and will need a few days to recover after this.
I was super duper sick for a week and that's why I haven't been on here.
