Knowing that Elizabeth Morgan is one of "Those" people, you don't want to know my opinions.
Other than that, I think it seems really interesting. Though one thing I want to ask: Is Willow the name of the shuttle?

Those people? Who/what are Those people?
And yes, Willow is the shuttle name.

Cybus1 wrote:I like the speech!

Thanks. I had, if you couldn't really tell for whatever reason, largely based the speech off of the Gettysburg Address given by Abraham Lincoln on November 19th, 1863. I used the Gettysburg Address as inspiration since it seemed fitting for the moment of the post, since it was given during the American Civil War. So I thought about making a post about the FPR's future. And, before I forget, I may start to post about the 2nd F/M-S War later on in the week when I can since I never really finished it...or started it that much. I still have to get to the part where dataDyne captures Daniel Carrington and holds him hostage.

One of the rich type of people who seem to not really care about anything else unless it has something to do with them...or at least that is how I think Elizabeth is supposed to be like....Am I perceiving her character wrong?

Fun fact: The Andrewian military, the world's largest producer and user of landmines(along with sea mines) regularly use plastic mines during times of war, and we even have plastic mines setup alongside our borders for border security.
And surprisingly, while we still produce and use large amounts of metal landmines, we actually use more plastic than metal, due to the plastic are actually less detectable by x-ray and therefore have less chance of getting detected and able to be bypassed.

Many were against this, due to plastic mines were banned in warfare by multiple countries, but the Andrewian Government refused to sign these conventions and continue to produce and use landmines(both metal and plastic) and not only this, but we are the largest producer and user of landmines today.

All of our mines have proved very useful in times of war and imperial security, especially during the 2nd and 3rd Orsonian wars, being a great initial defense and took out numerous Orsonians during the initial start of the war and invasions.

And finally, the Andrewian Military also is known for using the widely banned and criticized ammo, known as the hollow point rounds. We have various versions of these rounds for all of our guns, and these are a standard round for the military to use(even our police and law enforcement agencies when needed).
This mainly took part in the Orsonian-Ando wars(2nd and 3rd) after we needed stronger rounds to take on the Orsonians and therefore, we mass produced and continued to use these rounds rather than just regular rounds of ammo.

The international community sometimes criticize us for the use of widely banned or highly urged not to use weapons and such(including napalm and flamethrowers as well), however Emperor Andrew stated, "War is something that no man or organization can control. You cannot set down a set of rules over a thing of which has no rules. You cannot tell a soldier how to fight and kill a soldier one way, and punish them if they do it another. Many of these banned weapons are due to being "inhumane" but a news flash to all you politicians who have never seen the actual terrors of war like i have...war itself is inhumane, and really the only reason for it is to achieve victory, whatever your reasoning for war may be, you do not fight for freedom, wealth, power, etc. Everyone fights for victory when it comes to war. There are no rules, no regulations on the battlefield...its kill or be killed, and i intend to have my men live to fight another day and win at all costs, compared to those who try and follow the rule book of an unruly thing, such as warfare. Just a word of advice...while your men sit there reading your rule book...my men will be moving in on victory in any means necessary."

Andrew, what did you think about my post about my nation's future?

We use unusual ammunition, but we do follow rules of war...sort of. We don't attack civilians, civilian assets, or non-military targets. We also never target any sort of medical personnel.

Same with us. We follow common sense. We tend not to target civilians or their assets, unless it is called upon, such as if a major city becomes a target and we are trying to battle for it, them there isn't much that could be done, except to aim mainly for military positions and try to avoid hitting civilian targets.

So basically speaking, we primarily focus on military targets, but if the combatants are hiding out in civilian areas or they refuse to get out of the way of the attack...then there really isn't much left we can do besides give them a final warning to leave or be considered combatants of the battle and carry on the attack.

I thought it was pretty interesting man.

That is good to know.

Indeed!

The Drakul ran at Vosch, it's stinger shooting out. Before he could be attacked however, he grabbed the stinger with his armored hand and yanked hard. The stinger came flying out, along with much of the interior organs of the the Drakul, which was squealing and writhing in pain. He tossed the organ aside and quickly decapitated the vampire in a single sword swipe. His soldiers all stared, not saying a word. He had just ripped out a stinger of a Drakul he had captured just to show them how to kill one. They were in awe of their commander, and slightly scared. He left the crowded room without saying a word.

The Library devised a chemical which can mutate anything in a very negative way. It has not name yet, but it is theorized to kill Drakul if put in their bloodstream. There is so little of this chemical that tests cannot be done. The only reason they invented this was because there was a Drakul outbreak on the colony of Kandrol, which was an agricultural planet.

Interesting....
How did you handle the outbreak? With the proper equipment(silver, UVC light, headshots and decapitation)? Or conventionally?

We handled it with agents Clint and two mobile platforms of AI Director Ardent (Assault Platforms 2 and 7) with the proper equipment, and after handling the outbreak, the chemical was devised as a precautionary measure, just in case we encountered such an outbreak.

Ah. Since there were only three units sent to deal with it, I assume there were only a few Drakul. How many?

A dozen. But these were the best agents.

Should I continue working on this factbook, or should I just forget about it and move on?

I find it fascinating.

News Update:
In real life, I'm making considerable progress on my DW Fanfic.

Corsahnim has had a great change lately: Every sign of the oppressive Johnathan-era government is gone, and this has paved the way for galactic democracy across the Hope Cluster. Andreas will hold elections on the coming month, making the presidential campaigns possible, along these rules:
-Anyone from any species can run as president, but they must have citizenship.
-Absolutely no badgering of other presidential candidates. This was a major flaw with the American government almost two centuries ago.
-Do not try to appeal to the people. Just state your purpose for running, and people will vote for you based on how they agree with you.
-Don't make promises you can't keep.
-And, finally, you have to be at least 40 years of age to be a candidate, unless the Galactic Senate amends otherwise.

Along with this goes the eradication of the huge slums on Alexanderis, caused by John's immoral reign. The slums have been rebuilt and remodeled, which now classifies this as a historical site.

In other news, soldiers across the Hope Cluster, though dwindled in number from the Great Chronosian War, have found that their appreciation is well-earned. Fleet Admiral Yuri Restokov, taking the place of previous Fleet Admiral Tarson, was granted the Galactic Medal of Honor for taking command in the battle of Kerdovo, his home planet, a military colony. During this battle, millions of people were consumed by the Harvester, a horrible machination that looks almost like a jellyfish. In the ceremony, Supreme General Alexis Trenton awards the medal instead of the Andreas.

Cybus, I added another type of planet to the factbook and I was wondering if you could give your opinion on both of them.

Am I the only one who "loves" it when the government tries to make it seem like your parents are horrible at being parents, even though they are clearly great parents and the government just wants to ruin lives?
