Kiptoke-ruselia has formed a new colony, Krogansky. It was founded recently, and will soon be incorporated as an official colony of the Commonwealth.

It is located within the South East of the Democratic Socialist Assembly, near the nations of Bmoneypad and New andureo.

However, reports are coming in from colonists that another foriegn body's colony has been discovered within the area, they are calling themselves Orovaszlanija, a colony of Suceavija, a rather unknown nation.

Proposed Location of Krogansky, near it's neighbor

New Great President Claus Loritz had this to say about the project: "Yasno, chto eto prineset bol'shuyu torgovlyu i voyennyye prilozheniya dlya Sodruzhestva. Ya lichno budet obespechit' uspekh etogo proyekta. (Clearly, this will bring great trade and military applications for the Commonwealth. I personally will ensure the success of this project.) "

He was then heard off screen saying this: "Eto opredelenno ne mesto dlya khraneniya ogromnogo kolichestva yadernykh boyegolovok. Podozhdite, my yeshche na? Chert. (This is definitely not a place to store massive amounts of nuclear warheads. Wait, we're still on?)"

The Commonwealth's Socialist Faction, the current leading faction of the Commonwealth, believe that this new colony will bring a great opportunity to the Commonwealth.

What are your guys thoughts on Condemn Vandoosa?

I noticed a majority of you were voting against.

PROOF THAT I CAN DO MY JOB: Currently, The Internationale has voted 100% For, and so has Auhl, the WA Delegate.

I don't have a 3DS, but a lot of my friends got Smash 4. I most likely will get it when it comes out for the Wii U.

What job is that?

I voted against, just because I'm sure Vandoosa is really happy to be condemned, it's an accomplishment for her. She should not be "rewarded" for ruining the game for so many (she is involved in the CAPS invasion too, of course).

My deligate account is in favor of it.

It would however put a damper on vandoosa's false screen of "hi I am a defender", I mean... who in their right mind would believe her as a condemned?

It's not the condemned account they would be using. Most if not all raiders use puppets.

Still she uses that account for publicity and to make her look good, without that she is weakened.

Ugh... not another f*cking zombie thing... guess who's staying offline for 36 hours this Halloween. >_>

Not really. Condemnations are badges of honour to raiders. She wants this and to vote for this is like giving a dog a treat after they've taken a giant dump all over your carpet.

Speaking of which, I'll be channeling efforts into defending against any zombie-disguised invasions that I'm suspecting will happen.

Man the ramparts!

I've never dealt with a zombie thing before. Could anyone direct me to their favored place to learn about it?

It's a little different each time, although the basics are the same. The choices are exterminate, cure, or embrace zombies. Extermination is a quick way to reduce zombie numbers, but with enough inactive members, it is ineffective in the long term. Cure requires a lot of cooperation and long term effort to pull off, but when a vaccine is developed, effects of infection are reversed. Embrace has no benefit, you play the antagonist and contribute to the spread of zombism. Of course, you have to be aware that you have zombies first, and have to be looking for them. Founders and Delegates have a limited-time border control feature which costs no influence. At the end, they show the results of different scenarios on a leader board.

I should probably elaborate some more. Exterminate is an instantaneous effect with a finite potential. Cure is a delayed effect (research time) with an exponential potential. For smaller nations, exterminate ends up working better, because actions work quicker and more drastically on smaller populations. Whereas for large nations, extermination rate is soon overcome by the infection rate, so cure is the surer solution. Some regions will react quicker / have better success, and will either seal themselves off as safe havens or collectively work together to offer others a place to disinfect. Others still will combine their infected to fester and deploy to sabotage others. And if you don't want the full experience in trying to figure it all out against the clock, then type in ?zalert=1 next to your nation name.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that this is all reflected on your total national population. Infected will eventually turn into dead.

Unless you cure them :)

Good to see you again, comrade Herrebrugh. :) I was wondering when you'd pull another stunt at the GGR.

I remember last zombie outbreak, we worked like hell, but man we did it!

I remember the last zombie outbreak too...

You wouldn't understand, you weren't there...
