According to the Supreme Court ruling, responsibility for setting guidelines for our newspaper editor(s) has been given to the Legislature. To get started I would like to form an independent committee to write language for by-laws to add to the constitution. Please contact me if you would like to serve. To keep this committee independent and bias free, active newspaper contributers need not apply.

When I first joined NS I was in the region of The Pacific, later I ended up getting banned for a post. That was a LOOONG Time ago and recently I asked If I could get removed from the banlist considering I am not going anywhere else and I am staying here, I also apologized for my stupidity to them. The Only response I got back was something like "We will consider your request.." something like that. I don't know how long later and I am still on their banlist.... Ugh I just want to be removed and not on the banlist.
There is no shame in being on any Pacific ban list.
Heck, I was banned from 3 sinker IRC Channels at the same time.
Only 3? Man, I remember when mIRC was brand new, kids were whipping bans out left and right.
I was banned 12 times from one region .. Just cus the delegate thought it.was.fun.an he was.trigger happy :(

Sounds like someone simply banned a whole range of IP addresses, and you happened to be in it. E.g., 192.168.*.*
