Well this new WA resolution repeal is correct, that old resolution did forget the ingredients.
I disagree with that definition. Religion isn't part of racism, offense can be very subjective (i.e. what offends one person may not offend another), and something may be an "act of offense" towards a race, but if it's also an "act of offense" to all races equally, then it's not racism at all.
As I see it, racism is treating people differently because of their race in circumstances where race shouldn't be an issue.

Well, the top 6 nations are invisible, but the issue of your craziness is a different matter.
There seem to be other WA census with top people invisible (e.g. healthiest citizens).
It's probably due to those top people being here when the census was compiled, but have since left, so their positions are till there, but their nations are not.

I don't think it's that simple. Or maybe it's more simple... the region rankings are completely broken, at least for large and volatile regions like this. I was at the bottom of the Ignorance rankings when I looked this afternoon, and now there are two nations below me, and they're not new in the region, nor do their graphs show that they just dropped below me today. My ranking in the list doesn't agree with the one on my nation page. There have been days when I didn't appear in the list at all, at least not within several pages of where it said I was.
