don't be a buzzkill Awesome -_-

That's not being a buzzkill, being a buzzkill would be bringing up the fact that rabbits are coprophagic vermin :P

Cirnobog wrote:Conway! That is where all the good food joins are on the way back from my doctor visits. There is a steak house there I like going to. A nice steak is good when a doctor takes some of your blood.
Russellville is a nice stop too.. they have a good sushi bar. After that it's just small towns like London and Greenland.. weird Arkansas has town names like that.. we stole them maybe..
Also notice you are awake at 3am like me.. you work night shift too?

You should try Smokehouse bar-b-que next time you have to swing through! It's on the corner of Donaghey and College, and it's really tasty. As far as my schedule goes, I don't actually work right now (except for some freelance transcription work on the internet) because I'm legally blind. I'm just naturally a night owl! I try to be in bed before 4 a.m. tho.

I've been inspired by Bunniland to also update my flag

Darn, I don't live in Arkansas else I'd love to try it xD

I wasn't trying to be a buzzkill, I was telling the truth and then I decided to type something for the heck of it.

My conversations are always riveting! It's because of the rivet gun I use on people who aren't listening. :D

wait.. how do blind people read these messages? some sort of text voicer thingy for blind folks? That would help you see my cute flag though.. that makes me sad..

Ah, it's legal blindness, which covers a pretty broad umbrella. I can use the zoom features and such in my browser and Windows to make reading text MOSTLY easy. I don't usually get involved in big forums where there are a ton of posts to keep up on every day, but the RMB is pretty lightweight. I do actually use audiobooks, tho, because trying to make my eyes cooperate with regular books has just become too much of a pain in the fanny. Some games can also be a pain, if there are little details that need to be caught ("tells" from enemies can be pretty tough, it took me a long time to really catch them in Dark Souls and I still have basically no idea what'shappening in Monster Hunter) or if the text is too small or difficult to read. And I see absolutely no difference between HD and SD videos. :D

When I was younger and worked fast food in the grill area, I'd have to stand way up on my tiptoes and squint to see the orders on the screens they all seem to use. I shudder to think about working those registers. I'd've had to lean in to have my face inches away from the touch screen to make sure I'm hitting the right spot! Older registers are a little easier, the same way a keyboard is. It's a very weird kind of blindness. :P

Whoa.. and to think I can see the time on the boxes at work from upstairs.. my eyes work really well but my hearing is the problem. Not deaf but can't hear as well as I should. I have to look at the keyboard when I type and even then I'll either put the wrong word entirely or all the correct letters but out of order. That's not my eyes fault though it's my clumsy fingers..

I have an idea! I'll trade you one of my good eyeballs for one of your blind ones if you give me your factor #8..

I have tinnitus, which is a small problem when there's lots of other sounds to block it.
But holy sht, this one time our neighbourhoods electricity got down, and I almost went crazy at that eeeeeeee.

Do you not remember the key orders of your keyboard, Cirnobog? And how well can you hear?

Bunnies rule.

You should visit TSP for the Bunny Wars.

New fakeland wrote:I've been inspired by Bunniland to also update my flag

I like it!

Lady Marian wrote:You should visit TSP for the Bunny Wars.

What's that?

The South Pacific. Hopefully that's what you asking about... Also TSP has a delegate with a bunny themed name and flag.

And the NPO has Krull, so yeagh just wanted to throw that out there.

*yeah

The NPO...I don't know why anyone would want to be in that region.

The NPO is like the wastelands in Fallout, no one wants to voluntarily live there.

Has Balder ever been ruled by anyone besides Solorni?

Hasuut inu tlomaq

Don't know. How do we find out? (Not that anybody wants to depose Solomi. Just historical interest.)

Hasuut inu tlomaq wrote:(Not that anybody wants to depose Solomi.)

Oh... we don't? Well crap.

Okay guys, pack up the guillotine, we don't need it after all!

Illand wrote:The NPO is like the wastelands in Fallout, no one wants to voluntarily live there.

We are are talking about the same NPO here right? I meant The Pacific, the largest spawn region on Nationstates.
