I was both GG & PM for a short spell. Granted, I made it clear it was only a temporary, emergency-type thing, but it can be done. There's nothing against it in the Constitution or in any laws we have.

Hello, Gahiland! It's great to see you keeping touch with your friends here in the Land of Oz. We're in the midst of elections, so I don't think we'll be very active in foreign relations until that's resolved, but hopefully the next administration will be able to engage with Yggdrasil and promote closer ties between our two regions.
