On the other hand, NS has never really clearly defined anything, especially tech levels, but given tech advancement data, cloning people and uploading killing machine data in their heads was deemed 'stupid' and 'ridiculous' by top scientists, because they realized clones are inherently unstable, and prone to many serious medical issues, as evidenced by Dolly and the many other cloning experiments that have been performed; particularly since any form of cloning that would result in clones quickly reaching adult, usable age and speeding up the rate of information transfer risked damage to their genome, would result in them quickly passing useable age, rather than remaining viable for many years to come, and risked damage of their storage media, better known as 'the brain'.
