You can crack down on crime by two ways. Either raise social welfare spending, so your citizens don't have to resort to crime to survive, or boost law enforcement or both. You'll find options to do both in your issue answers. If you want to be a mega economic monster though, you'll want to focus on law enforcement over social welfare spending, and lower taxes.

Regarding our forum debate on the current GA war act that out to end in 22 hours, I would like our WA members to look at the second proposal at the SC list(its no.2) , "Condemn Aglrinia" , in it you will find rather vast information on why we should vote to Condemn but what might be interesting (regarding our forum war debate) is:
"Article II (Actions of a nation)
Shocked that Aglrinia has launched warning missiles at other nations, regardless of their lack of payload, without provocation or warning. "
IF the War proposal at the GA will pass and on the other hand the WA delegates wont vote to put the " "Condemn Aglrinia"" for WA queue as well , that will be more or less A kick to The GA System
