What's this "Kelkia Doctrine" you speak of?
Any region that has ever been a part of the LKE's Empire is protected by the LKE from invasion, with offending regions/organisations subject to as severe a penalty as we can bring to bear. It was originally designed to stop The New Inquisition from annexing a former colony that had been granted independence, and violations thereof are the reason that a state of war existe between the LKE and the Founderless Regions Alliance, the United Defenders League, and now the Greater German Reich.
It's the Kelkia Doctrine because it was developed by Onder Kelkia, who at the time was Foreign Minister, if I remember correctly, and is now our Emperor.
