Problem is, they think happiness is a choice. I can choose to be happy or miserable.

Guys, I can not work the links. Sorry.

Then just google "the quiet place project", from my post. :)

Much hugs from I'm sure everyone in TEP, including myself. There is always a reason to keep fighting.

The links would need to be copy and pasted.

It's really hard what you're facing. I just went through something similar in the spring. Being so young, I don't know what your options are for medications and I know that many of them have side effects. You may have to try several different kinds before you find one that works but when you do find one that works and works well, it really does make a difference. That's probably a discussion for another day and with a doctor. But seriously, copy and paste those links into your browser. Use distraction techniques, watch tv or read a book if you can focus or if not listen to music that you find enjoyable and uplifting, call friends and family that you trust, if you're religious, consider talking to your spiritual leader. Be kind to yourself during this rough time. Telegram me anytime. I'll be checking it.

Ramaseus, if I said anything inappropriate and you wish to ban me, I hold no ill will.

You're not alone. I've been self mutilating for about fifteen years if not more. I first though about taking my own life at ten. I've been in therapy for two years, and I've found it does help. Please hold on.

One thing I found really helped me back in 2012 when I was really at a low was seeking out new friends. I was very lonely because I'd just moved to a place where I knew nobody. Then I walked up the road and found a church where I met great people. I'm not saying you need religion. It's OK to believe, and it's OK not to believe. The real difference came from the social interaction and the chance to volunteer and make a difference in my community. Jamar Rogers from The Voice says one way to make yourself feel better is to serve others. I find it helps me. I'm much older than you are, so it's easier for me to just wander about and make new connections, but I'm willing to bet there's somebody, probably at your school, who can steer you in the right direction.

Again, please hold on. Free free to telegram me.

To everybody in the TEP: You people have been awesome, both in the way you honor fellow players with humor and in taking time to comfort someone who's really hurting. I'm very proud to be part of this region. It's good to know I'm playing NS with such wonderful people.

Stay strong, I believe in you *hugs*

I'm afraid i can't help you, otherwise i wouldn't be here making an imaginary nation instead of helping my real one to become better. All i can really say here is that we each need to find a tune our hearts can beat to and just dance to it. Everything else is just seasoning.
I can't give you an universal reason to live, because there isn't one. It's each to their own. It's why we're individuals and not mindless drones driven by an overmind.
So, just dance as you see fit. Day by day, week by week, month by month; baby steps. It's how we learn pretty much everything.

Exploring the notions i come to this: your song, your melody, it's started when you were conceived. It's being recorded in the timeline and someone, somewhere will come upon it eventually. How do you want it to be known: an unfinished mess or a beautifully orchestrated masterpiece? Your choice.

On another plane of thought, how many reasons to die do you have that they managed to beat your natural instinct of survival? I'll bet you they're as vague as the crap i'm spewing here. Plots full of holes you simply refuse to see.

I have no reasons to give you. Just a bunch of words that might not make sense. But you see, i have so many words about nothing in my head, i'd find it a shame to lose them to death before i had a chance to express them in some way. And what do you know? I just found myself a reason to live. Did that just by being alive too. So easy to find, yet so hard to imagine.

Do you understand these fragments of my thoughts?
