I get Wedontcare for having the 15th happiest happiest citizens in the world, but why the heck is Kazejin 166th?

All funding to education, but educated in what, exactly? The whole of Kazejin must be insane. Though if I recall correctly Kazejin means wind people or something. I guess that makes sense. I need to change our motto to "Wherever the wind blows".
